1. Agreement
1.1 – Maison V for Jewellery Design, registered under CR No. 171078-1, operates the website www.maisonvofficial.com (the “Website”). By accessing and using this Website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). Your continued use of the Website signifies your acceptance of these Terms, which may be updated periodically.
2. Registration

3. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
3.1 – If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 3 days of receiving it, provided it meets the following conditions:

1. The return is only possible if the product is damaged, or defective upon receipt.
2. The product must be in new and unused condition, without any scratches, marks, or damage, and must include all original packaging, materials, certificates, and invoices. If the item has been resized, altered, or damaged after purchase, we will not be able to offer an exchange, and the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.
3.2 – To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for further instructions. Once the returned item has been verified and approved, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping fees and any customs duties or import taxes. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item.
3.3 – IMPORTANT: Maison V will not accept items that indicate or show any signs of tampering or modifications, and such items will be returned to the sender immediately. Maison V only sells authentic natural stones and metals unless otherwise specified in the warranty.
4. Product Care and Warranty
4.1 – Maison V fine jewellery is crafted from high-quality materials, including gold and gemstones. We provide care instructions to help you maintain your pieces.
4.2 – Our jewellery is covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase, which protects against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage due to improper care, normal wear and tear, accidental loss, or any alterations or modifications made after purchase.
4.3 – If you encounter an issue with your jewellery within the warranty period, please contact us with details and proof of purchase. We will assess the situation and offer repair or replacement if the issue falls under the warranty terms.
5. Website Content Usage
5.1 – All content available on the Maison V website (including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software) is the exclusive property of Maison V or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
