1. Agreement
1.1 Maison V, registered under CR No. 171078-1, operates the website www.maisonvofficial.com (the “Website”). By accessing and using this Website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). Your continued use of the Website signifies your acceptance of these Terms, which may be updated periodically.

2. Registration
2.1 Certain features or services offered on the Website may require you to register an account. During registration, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Orders and Payment
3.1 When you place an order on the Website, you are making an offer to purchase products from Maison V under the Terms set out here. Orders are subject to product availability, and prices may change without notice.

3.2 Once an order is placed, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This is not an order confirmation. We will notify you once your order has been dispatched, at which point the contract between you and Maison V will be complete.

4. Pricing Policy
4.1 All prices listed on the Maison V website are in BHD (Bahraini Dinars) and are exclusive of taxes, custom duties and any additional costs. Prices displayed at the time of purchase are the prices in effect, but Maison V reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice due to market conditions, fluctuations in material costs, or changes in supplier pricing.

4.2 The final cost of your order will be calculated at checkout and will include shipping fees based on your location. Any Customs duties or applicable taxes in your home countries will be charged to you directly by the shipper once the delivery arrives to your country. Any changes in pricing due to special promotions or discounts will be reflected at the time of checkout.

4.3 For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may be imposed by your local customs office. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price. Maison V is not liable for any customs-related fees or delays.

4.4 In the unlikely event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error on the Website, Maison V reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. If an order is cancelled due to pricing errors, a full refund will be issued for any amounts paid.

4.5 Prices for products may vary based on promotions, sales events, or other factors. Any discounts or exclusive offers will be time-limited and subject to specific terms and conditions.

4.6 For international deliveries, an insurance fee of 1% of the product price will be calculated and added at checkout.

5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 At Maison V, we aim to dispatch and deliver your order within 30 days from the date of your purchase. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on factors beyond our control, including delays caused by third-party shipping providers, customs processing, and external logistical issues.

5.2 While we work diligently to meet the 30-day delivery window, Maison V cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to circumstances such as shipping carrier delays, customs clearance procedures, or unforeseen events. In the event of significant delays, we will notify you as soon as possible and take steps to minimize the impact on your order.

5.3 For international orders, the customer is responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees imposed by local authorities. Maison V is not liable for delays related to customs or the timing of third-party suppliers.

5.4 Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information to allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery. All purchases are insured during transit until they are delivered to the address provided. Upon delivery, responsibility for the products passes to you.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
6.1 If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 3 days of receiving it, provided it meets the following conditions:

1. The return is only possible if the product is damaged, or defective upon receipt.
2. The product must be in new and unused condition, without any scratches, marks, or damage, and must include all original packaging, materials, certificates, and invoices. If the item has been resized, altered, or damaged after purchase, we will not be able to offer an exchange, and the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.
3. Where an item is being returned due to a confirmed fault, damage, or error on the part of Maison V, Maison V will cover the cost of return shipping by providing the client with a return airway bill. No item may be returned without prior written confirmation and authorisation from Maison V staff via email or the official Maison V business chat.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for further instructions. Once the returned item has been verified and approved, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping fees and any customs duties or import taxes. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item.

IMPORTANT: Maison V will not accept items that indicate or show any signs of tampering or modifications, and such items will be returned to the sender immediately. Maison V only sells authentic natural stones and metals unless otherwise specified in the warranty.

7. Product Care and Warranty
7.1 Maison V fine jewellery is crafted from high-quality materials, including gold and gemstones. We provide care instructions to help you maintain your pieces.

7.2 Our jewellery is covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase, which protects against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage due to improper care, normal wear and tear, accidental loss, or any alterations or modifications made after purchase.

7.3 If you encounter an issue with your jewellery within the warranty period, please contact us with details and proof of purchase. We will assess the situation and offer repair or replacement if the issue falls under the warranty terms.

8. Website Content Usage
8.1 All content available on the Maison V website (including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software) is the exclusive property of Maison V or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
